Good afternoon,
I have seen the proposal as quoted above and think that the impact in the area is a little too much of a historic area. The shop and the immediate outside area looks fine but I believe the proposed additional seating on the opposite side of Main Street will significantly restrict pedestrian flow in that area and detract from the prominence of the historic cathedral.
